Learn MoreThank you to all the staff and Dr. Sharma for making this a very confortable and easy experience! From the moment I walked into the surgical center I encountered very friendly and professional medical staff!
I was there for a colonoscopy 11-11-21 Everyone from the phone conversations to the front desk to the procedure was extraordinary. I read some bad reviews before i went and i cant believe what bad things some people said. Theres always a few that aren't happy and never will be. Thank you all so much for erverything.
All the staffs and workers are friendly and professional. Thank you for the good cares and helps!
I read the reviews after I scheduled my appointment.I kept my appointment anyway.I had a wonderful experience at this facility.the entire staff ,front office and pre/post op were very friendly and helpful. My wait time was minimal. I had a 11:15a appointment and was out by 1p. Thank you for making something a bit scary a pleasant experience.🙂
Highly recommend! Their Covid protocols made me feel at ease, all the staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and doc were all wonderful. Not a place anyone wants to be but we all NEED to be for our screenings.
I am unsure where all of these negative reviews are coming from but it makes me compelled to give my review of nothing short but a pleasant & comfortable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was met by Gladys the front desk receptionist lady where everything was taken care of without any issues. I then waited in the waiting room & was taken into the surgery room where I was taken care of by Donna & Shannon, if I recall correctly. They were fantastic & made me feel at ease through out the entire process. Next I spoke with my anesthesiologist Dr. Negron and she was super sweet. Anesthesia is a scary thought to me but made me feel very comfortable. The 2 nurses Ashley & Kat were friendly as well & there was no point in time where I felt anyone was unprofessional or did not care about my procedure or me as a patient. During my recovery process, the nurse David was fantastic taking care of me and explaining my post op instructions to me. Even if I was a little loopy, I remember him being there & attentive to my needs. Thank you to the staff at Ridgedale Surgical Center for making me feel comfortable during my pre-op "set up" & of course thank you to Dr. Brys for being a fabulous surgeon ( I am about 6 days post-op & eager to see my "final" results).
If it weren't for my Dr. who was wonderful, I would have given this 2 stars. I was met with a very rude office person whom argued with me about owing a sizeable amount of money before having my procedure. It was not the nice lady who checked me in, but someone else who claimed to speak with my insurance company. That was untrue as when I got home and called my insurance, they informed me that there were no notes of a call, which meant they only listened to an automated response. And I was right, I owed $0 and am now waiting for a refund so not to incur finance charges. I feel I should have gotten a call much sooner about this not told the morning of. Especially since I had been fasting for over 36 hours. She also treated me poorly when I had asked to use the restroom, when I had already waited an hour and a half. She said very bluntly, "Well, can't you just hold it??" The rest of the staff and nurses, Dr's were quite nice. But this experience put me in a terrible frame of mind right before I was going under anesthesia. I understand it was busy but the way I was treated was uncalled for.
Everyone here is so organized, friendly and kind. I was so unbelievably nervous to go in for my procedure, however, the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful and friendly. Then, the nurse who took me into pre-op made me SO comfortable and walked me through every single step. She eased all of my concerns and made me so much less anxious. She even used a smaller needle for my IV which eliminated the anxiety I have about needles. My anesthesiologist was equally as friendly , and I felt so safe. The facility is clean, and their COVID protocols made me feel even more safe. I woke up from my procedure to friendly faces, and they gave me an ice pop to ease the pain in my throat. I hope I don’t need another procedure, but if I do, I really hope it can be performed here. Thank you to everyone who was with me yesterday through this process. What wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable people!
I just had a tonsillectomy there today and I had nothing but a great experience! I was nervous, as this was my first surgery in years, and also during the covid-19 era. The receptionists were very nice! As well as my nurses, Donna & Karen. I felt very safe and cared for the entire time. Was honestly a very smooth and pleasant experience considering it was for surgery!! Would definitely recommend this center to my friends and family.

The surgical staff was fabulous! I was so scared leading up to my surgery until I walked into the back to get prepped for surgery. From the first nurse who helped me to the last… I was so shocked by how wonderful everyone was! They catered to my every need, always checked on me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. My Dr. (Dr. Bry’s was also amazing the entire time). I’ve never met a surgical staff so professional. I felt like I knew all of them on a personal level. I need to give a shout-out to my nurses, Angie, Demetria, etc. they were rockstars!!!
